Replacements are granted for purchases made directly from the cidery when a cork is defective. A replacement is given only with the return of a cork and a record of purchase. If you are concerned that your cider was damaged please contact us directly for further assistance.
Seller uses its direct to consumer shipping permits for sales to the following states: AA, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. For all other states, title to, and ownership of, all cider passes from seller to buyer in the State of California, and buyer takes all responsibility for shipping the cider from California to his or her home state. By placing an order, buyer authorizes seller to act on buyer’s behalf in arranging for transportation of the cider at buyer’s direction. Alternatively, buyer may choose to pick up the cider at seller’s location, or make independent shipping arrangements. For cider picked up at the seller’s location, sales tax will be applied based on that location. Seller makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any ciders, alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of cider and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the cider and other goods shipped to the applicable destination.
